Who We Are

Established in 1989, Bay State Race Services provides professional finish line management, event timing, and results processing for hundreds of events throughout New England. Our event experience consists of road races, biathlons, triathlons, roller blades, and even canoes.

John has a Masters degree in Business Administration in addition to a BS in Marketing and is the primary contact for information and scheduling.  Since he has also organized and directed several events, he is very familiar with all aspects of event management.  John is co-founder of the nationally-known Feaster Five Thanksgiving Day Road Race (Andover, MA) and also participates in events whenever possible.

Debbie has a BS in Computer Information Systems and deals primarily with the computer hardware, software, programming, and technology related issues.  We use specialized software, portable laptops, and laser printers and we also have computer networking and laser bar code scanning capabilities for larger events.

Our first 13 years in business have been both fun and challenging.  With the addition of the latest in timing technology, the Winning Time transponder (chip) timing system, we expect the next few years to be even more exciting.
